Meet the Team

The PD Kitchens team is small, friendly and very experienced. Owner and director, Andy Burgman, is always on hand to oversee all of our kitchen projects. You'll also be working closely with our talented kitchen designers and fitters. Meet the design team below.

Owner and MD, Andy Burgman, right, and Operations Manager Andy Biltcliffe, both realise the trust you put in PD when you buy a kitchen from us. "We are both commited to making the entire experience of having a new kitchen installed as enjoyable as possible for you".

Rob Hicks is the newest member of our design team but has over fifteen years of kitchen design experience, and has won several National Customer Service Awards with his previous companies MFI and B&Q. He prides himself on his high level of attention to detail and communication with each kitchen project.

Johanna Neale is originally from Baltimore in America and has lived here for fifteen years. She has been designing Kitchens at PD for five years. Johanna’s style of design is very customer- focused and she always attempts to design a kitchen with your needs in mind, and is often on the internet sourcing something special for a particular kitchen.

Kevin Leonard is South African and Studied Architecture at Cape Town University, consequently has a great feel for space and design. Kevin served his nine year apprenticeship designing kitchens at Magnet. He moved to Pd kitchens two years ago where he has further developed his skills with a much more extensive kitchen range.
